Article 1. Object

The purpose of these general terms and conditions of sale is to define the contractual relations between CHRISTINA SERGI and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the SOULUNIVERSITY.CHRISTINASERGI.COM website.

Article 2. General provisions

The acquisition of a product or service through this site implies an unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these terms and conditions of sale, which the buyer acknowledges having read prior to placing his order.

Article 3. Products

The products and services offered are those that appear on the SOULUNIVERSITY.CHRISTINASERGI.COM website of the company CHRISTINA SERGI, while stocks last. CHRISTINA SERGI reserves the right to change the product and service range at any time. Each product or service is presented on the website in the form of a description of its main characteristics. The product photographs are as faithful as possible but do not commit the Seller in any way. The sale of the products presented on the SOULUNIVERSITY.CHRISTINASERGI.COM website is intended for all buyers residing in countries that fully allow the entry of these products into their territory.

Article 4. Prices

The prices appearing on the product and service sheets of the internet catalogue are prices in euros (EUR) including all taxes (TTC) taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Customs or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable in certain cases. These rights and sums are not the responsibility of CHRISTINA SERGI. They will be borne by the buyer and are his responsibility (declarations, payment to the competent authorities, etc.). Article 5. Ordering and payment methods

– Secure payment by PayPal or credit card (via the PayPal or STRIPE system): the buyer selects the products he wishes to order in the “basket”, modifies if necessary (quantities, references…), checks the delivery address or enters a new one. Then, the shipping costs are calculated and submitted to the buyer. Then, the buyer chooses the payment method of his choice: “PayPal”. The next step is to check all the information, read and accept these general terms and conditions of sale by ticking the corresponding box, then invites them to confirm their order by clicking on the “Order” button. Finally, the buyer is redirected to the secure PayPal interface in order to securely enter his PayPal account or personal payment card references. If payment is accepted, the order is registered and the contract is definitively formed. Payment by PayPal account or credit card is irrevocable. In the event of fraudulent use of the card, the buyer may demand the cancellation of the card payment, the sums paid will then be recredited or refunded. The holder of a bank card is not liable if the disputed payment has been proven to have been made fraudulently, remotely, without physical use of his card. Article 6. Retention of title

CHRISTINA SERGI retains full and complete ownership of the products sold until the price has been fully collected, including the principal amount, including fees and taxes.

Article 7. Retraction

The buyer has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of the return costs.

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal within the aforementioned period, the price of the product(s) purchased and the shipping costs will be refunded, with the return costs remaining at the expense of the buyer. Products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions). Refund procedure: the refund will be made within 14 days, unless there is an additional period imposed by the financial intermediary, using the same means used as for the payment.

Article 8. Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form, which can only be within the agreed geographical area. Orders are placed by POSTNORD tracked delivery service, delivered without signature. CHRISTINA SERGI will be able to provide the buyer with the tracking number of their package by e-mail. The buyer is delivered to his home or according to the terms of the place where he resides.

When products or services are not delivered or performed immediately, clear information is given on the product or service presentation page as to the delivery and execution dates or delivery times to which a maximum of five working days must be added for the processing of the order.

CHRISTINA SERGI undertakes to honour the buyer’s order within the limit of available stocks of Products only. Failing this, CHRISTINA SERGI informs the buyer; If the order has been placed, and in the absence of an agreement with the buyer on a new delivery date, a substitute product or the provision of a credit note, CHRISTINA SERGI will refund the buyer.

The risks associated with transport are borne by the purchaser from the moment the items leave the premises of Christina Sergi. The buyer is required to check the condition of the packaging of the goods and its contents on delivery in the presence of the delivery person. In the event of damage during transport, any complaints must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.

Article 9. Guarantee

All products supplied by CHRISTINA SERGI are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and hidden defects. In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned to the company CHRISTINA SERGI who will take it back, exchange it or refund it. Article 10: Nullity and modification of the contract

Article 14. Digital content and services

The following types of downloadable products are:

Audio, in mp3 format
Video in mp4 format
Document, in pdf format
